HD(S) type pump is large and medium-sized single stage single suction vertical shaft vane type mixed flow pump, which can be used for irrigation and drainage of large and medium-sized farmland water conservancy facilities, and can also be used for industrial and mining dock, Marine aquaculture, urban construction, power station drainage, power plant water supply and drainage, power plant circulating water transport.The pump has a wide efficient zone, and the characteristics of good cavitation performance, especially suitable for the occasion of water level change and higher head, transport medium is generally room temperature water, but also can be used for physical and chemical quality similar to water liquid, the temperature of the liquid is not high 50℃. When the conveying medium is seawater, it should be stated when ordering.
3.1.1 Hd pump adopts vertical shaft structure and vertical motor. It consists of a water pump part and a transmission part, both through a rigid coupling connected into a whole. The axial force of the pump is borne by the transmission part, but also without the transmission part, the pump and the motor are directly connected through the rigid coupling, the axial force of the pump is borne by the motor.
3.1.2 Hd pump impeller can be divided into two kinds: fixed type and adjustable type. Adjustable mixed-flow pump, blade Angle can be adjusted. Fixed impeller, blade and impeller cast into one, blade Angle can not be adjusted.
3.1.3 Part of the water pump structure (see structure drawing) is generally composed of horn tube, impeller shell, impeller (impeller component), guide vane body, straight pipe, elbow pipe, spindle and water-lubricated bearings. Guide bearings only bear radial force, and the axial force generated by the impeller is borne by the bearing of the transmission part or by the motor.

3.1.6 Support of the pump, the weight of the pump body (except the transmission part) is borne by the foundation of the supporting pump body, and the transmission part, transmission device, electrical and axial force of the pump are borne by the transmission floor foundation. 3.2 HDS pump structure and characteristics

3.2.2 HDS pump adopts vertical single foundation structure, and the pump outlet is above the foundation.
