
Temperature Sensor (winding temperature rise prtecton,bearing tempertature rise protection)
The temperature sensor is a sensor of which motion is controlled by temperature and is embedded in the stator winding of the motor.
Under abnormal operating conditions, when the winding temperature reachesthe set value of the temperature sensor, the temperature
sensor turns on the "overheating" indicator light through the electric control cabinet and automatically stops the motor, reminding
the operator to check to find out the cause of the motor overheating. When the winding temperature drops, the motor will return
to the bootable state.

Water Leakage Probe (oil chamber humidity alarm, motor cavity leakage protection, wiring chamber leakage protection)
The water leakage probe is used for water leakage detection. The two electrode leads at one end of the water leakage probe
are connected to the electric control cabinet through a cable. When the water in the oil chamber reaches a certain level,
or the motor wiring chamber is slightly filled with water, the two electrodes of the water leakage probe are turned on, and the
alarm signal is transmitted by the electric control cabinet (the indicator light is on), reminding the operator to check the mechanical
seal or change the oil in the oil chamber in time. When the motor wiring chamber is filled with water, the water leakage probe
transmits an alarm signal (the indicator light is on) through the electric control cabinet and keeps the power off and the pump is
stopped, which can prevent short circuit and remind the operator to take inspection and maintenance measures immediately.

Various protection devices in the water pump protection system and the liquid level controller outside the pump need to
be used in conjunction with the electric control cabinet dedicated to the submersible pump.Therefore, the electric control
cabinet of the submersible sewage pump is relatively special and highly specialized. The special electric control cabinet for
our submersible sewage pump is matched with the protection device of the pump, and is equipped with a float switch for
liquid level control to automatically protect the pump (short circuit, phase loss,phase failure, overload, dehumidification etc.),
and can carry out unattended use, automatic operation and signal output of the pump. There are two methods:
manual and automatic.
Each set of water pump system can be equipped with a middle terminal box, which is used for the middle connection between
the water pump and the control cabinet.
The liquid level switch is used for the control of the pumping station, which is flexible and convenient with reliable signals,
and can automatically control the water pump according to the change of the water level.
